Pricing is provided on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope, duration, and scale of services.

Pricing Models:

  • Hourly Rate: Based on project person-hours
  • Fixed Fee: A fixed price for the entire project deliverables
  • Monthly Retainer: A recurring monthly fee for ongoing service delivery
  • Performance-Based: Fees based on achieved outcomes

Listed Prices: All prices are displayed inclusive of tax.

AI Concierge Monthly Subscription Pricing

Monthly subscription fees for the AI Concierge service. Plans differ in the number of credits granted per month and per-credit unit price.

8. Payment Methods

To ensure the quality and stability of our professional services, we employ the following prepayment model.

Standard Payment Terms:

  • Monthly Prepayment: Service fees for each month are due at the beginning of that month (Day 0)

Early Payment Discounts for Multi-Month Contracts:

  • 5% Discount: When 50% of the total contract value is paid within 7 days of contract execution
  • 3% Discount: When 40% of the total contract value is paid within 7 days of contract execution

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Bank Transfer
    Please transfer to the designated bank account after invoice issuance. Transfer fees are borne by the customer.
  • Credit Card Payment
    Major cards accepted including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, etc.

Payment method details will be determined through consultation at the time of individual contract execution.

9. Service Delivery Schedule

Service delivery commences after contract execution, in accordance with the schedule specified in the individual contract or purchase order.

Typical Schedule:

  • Consulting Services: Commences within 1-2 weeks after contract execution
  • Development Projects: Commences after contract execution following a kickoff meeting
  • Training & Education Services: Scheduled and delivered after application
  • Online School: Immediate access upon completion of enrollment
  • AI Concierge: Immediately available upon subscription payment completion.

10. Return & Cancellation Policy

As the services we provide are professional services rather than physical products, returns are generally not accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Before Contract Execution: May be cancelled at any time (no cancellation fee)
  • After Contract Execution, Before Service Commencement:
    • 7 or more business days before start date: No cancellation fee
    • 3-6 business days before start date: 30% of contract value
    • 2 business days or less before start date: 50% of contract value
  • After Service Commencement: Cancellation is generally not accepted
    Except in cases where service provision is impossible due to gross negligence on the part of the Company

For Online School / Digital Content:

Due to the nature of digital content, returns or cancellations after access has been granted are not accepted. However, if you are unable to use the service normally due to technical issues, please contact us.

AI Concierge Monthly Subscription:

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account page. After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further auto-charges will occur. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.

11. Refund Policy

As a general rule, fees paid under this contract are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of professional services, we begin preparation and resource allocation at the time of contract execution. Instead of refunds, we offer the following harmonious resolution options.

Resolution for Dissatisfaction:

  • 10% Discount on Next Contract: A 10% discount will be applied to your next contract
  • Senior Consultant Assignment: A senior consultant will temporarily join the project to enhance service quality
  • Improvement Roadmap: We will propose a concrete improvement plan to address any issues

Sole Exception for Refund:

Refunds will only be considered in cases where a material breach of obligation by the Company is objectively established.

We value the long-term trust relationship with our clients above all else, and we view any dissatisfaction as an opportunity for growth, responding with sincerity and dedication.

AI Concierge monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, if our system fails in a way that prevents normal usage, please contact us and we will handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.

12. Additional Costs

The following costs may be incurred separately:

  • Travel & Accommodation: Actual expenses incurred when providing on-site services
  • External Service Fees: Fees for cloud services, tools, licenses, etc. (subject to prior approval)
  • Third-Party Outsourcing Costs: Costs for outsourcing to specialists or external partners (subject to prior approval)
  • Additional Work Fees: When additional work beyond the original contract scope arises (separate quotation)

When additional costs are expected, we will notify the client in advance and proceed only upon approval.
