Our website includes the following accessibility features:

3.2 Screen Reader Support
- Proper HTML structure and semantic markup

- User Testing: Usability testing with users who have disabilities (planned)

5. Known Issues and Improvement Plans
We are continuously working to improve accessibility. The following known issues currently exist:
- Video Content Captions: Captions are not yet available for some videos
Planned: Add captions to all videos by Q2 2025 - PDF Documents: Some PDF documents are not in an accessible format
Planned: Make all PDFs accessible by Q3 2025 - Third-Party Tools: Some embedded third-party tools (chat widgets, etc.) have insufficient accessibility
In progress: Evaluating migration to accessible alternatives
We are actively working to resolve these issues.

While the accessibility of such third-party content is not entirely under our control, we select accessible services wherever possible and request accessibility improvements from providers.
